• Setting the human spirit free, homeless people will tell You they only have a few weeks in the spring and a few weeks in the fall to get anything done. Other than that they are fighting the elements.

• For me, if Ii can get some land from whoever. Civil Engineer the hell out of it. Bring in utility's (no gas, because it explodes and Ii have to dig an extra trench:) 5 to 700 sq ft homes. The note on the land is due, after passing. (w/ interest ;)
